For this assignment, you will create a questionnaire to be distributed to an appropriate group of respondents. The subject of your research must be approved by me and it should pertain to your major or be work related.The questionnaire must have a minimum of ten (10) questions. Before the questionnaire is distributed, it will be graded by me. Subsequently, you will distribute the questionnaire to no less than 25 respondents. Once you collect the questionnaires from the respondents, you will prepare a short report, which will constitute assignment #10.
