If there are any questions, technical
problems, contact me!
Painting: (1 example each)
- literal texture - rough (impasto)/ smooth
(avoid using the work of van Gogh for impasto -- find a different artist’s
use of this technique)
- figurative texture - (creates an illusion of
texture through active design)
- perspective - linear and aerial (1 or 2 each of
this)
- chiaroscuro (to show depth and 3-dimensionality)
Sculpture: (2 examples each)
- rough/smooth surface texture
- full-round statue
- relief statue
- linear dimensionality (if you can find one,
great!)
Architecture:
- rough/smooth surface texture (2 examples each)
- 2-4 examples that show an interesting use of
diversity of planes to create a sense of depth
Film: (one clip of each)
- depth of focus
- rack focus
- track shot
- camera panning
- camera tilt
- dolly shot
- zoom shot
Music: (one example of each)
